This sector includes all types of panels used as insulation in the construction industry.

Critical points

  • The film must be strong, especially at the beginning and end of the wrapping cycle, where the edges of the product may cause it to break.
  • The film must completely cover the wrapped goods and have the right degree of stickiness to adhere to the wrapped product.
  • The film often must withstand outdoor storage under the prolonged action of UV rays.

HIPAC solutions

The premium film recommended for this application is 333 rigid power, in thicknesses from 9 to 17 µm.
The film is available with 6 or 12 month UV protection for external storage of the wrapped products.
The film can be coloured and printed with your logo.
