Hipac has been named the “Silver Winner” at the Packaging Innovation Awards organized by DOW Chemical thanks to its product 555 NetRoll ® REC60 + HandyNet: ultra thin stretch film without cardboard core and with 60% PCR (Post Consumer Recycled)

The judge, Hung Le, vice president of New Product Development & Special Packaging at WestRock, remarked during the awards: “Stretch film plays such an important role in industry… it may not be “sexy”, but  this Hipac product is a real example of innovation in terms of sustainability and technology advancement. It is a thinner material than conventional stretch wrap, contains PCR and doesn’t have a cardboard core. It absolutely ticks all the boxes.”
